Common questions
- Timer isn't ticking down on the lock screen? Make sure iOS Settings → Pet Pause → Live Activities is enabled, and that you're on iOS 16.2 or later.
- Notifications not arriving when a session ends? Open iOS Settings → Pet Pause → Notifications and toggle "Allow Notifications" on. Also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing the app.
- App stuck on the splash screen? Force-quit (swipe up on the app preview) and relaunch. If it persists, please email a screenshot.
