By using Pet Gatekeeper you agree to these terms. The service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

You retain all rights to the pets you create. By marking a pet as public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the public gallery.

When you redeem a code and download pet videos, we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use those videos. You may share them on your own social accounts as long as the watermark is preserved or Pet Gatekeeper is credited as the source. You may not use the videos commercially, integrate them into another product, browser extension, or service, redistribute them on third-party platforms, or use them as training data for any machine learning model.

You may not scrape, mass-download, or use automated tools — including crawlers, scripts, and headless browsers — to harvest content from the public gallery or shared pet pages. Bypassing rate limits or access controls is prohibited.

The Pet Gatekeeper name, brand, generation pipeline, prompts, and tutorial showcase assets belong to us. You may not reverse engineer, replicate, or repurpose them without written permission.

We may revoke codes, suspend accounts, or take further action — including legal action — in response to abuse, mass redemption attempts, illegal content, or any violation of these terms.
